Our Vision

Bringing clarity to care's most critical constraints.

The Status Quo Isn’t Sustainable — Healthcare organizations face unprecedented workforce shortages and capacity constraints. Across hospitals and health systems, the question isn't if these pressures will affect care, but how organizations can adapt, innovate, and thrive.

This forum brings together leaders from health systems, academic research centers, and innovation firms to exchange strategies, define unmet needs, and explore solutions that address the root of the problem, not just the symptom.

The Goal

Create a closed-door, peer-led conversation where chief executives, innovation officers, and researchers can openly share challenges, compare tactics, and collaborate on building the next generation of solutions to the care capacity crisis.

We Will

Accomplish these critical outcomes.

01

Share What’s Working

A candid, closed-door exchange on the short-term strategies and tactics peer organizations are using to prepare for current and future labor strains on the healthcare system.

02

Connect Frontline Leaders with Builders

Give health-system leaders a direct line to academic researchers, investors, and entrepreneurs who have the capital, capability, and desire to build the right solutions.

03

Define Specific Unmet Needs

How are these labor constraints showing up in care settings today? What will be driving them over the next five years?

04

Get to the Root of the Problem

What does meaningful relief look like? Are we trying to automate tasks to help clinicians, or enable a new level of clinical performance?
